You will be seen by Maria Koumendourou BSc (Hons), MSc, Post MSc Dip, CPsychol,
a fully-qualified Chartered Counselling Psychologist who is registered with The
British Psychological Society (BPS), the representative body for psychologists in
the UK. Our psychologist adheres to the BPS's Code of Ethics and Conduct and receives
regular supervision. |

Maria has been counselling for a number of years and has experience of working with
a wide range of people and issues.
Maria has trained in various therapeutic models, including
cognitive-behaviour therapy,
person-centred therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
She uses her professional knowledge to decide which of these approaches are most
appropriate in meeting the particular needs of each client. She will often combine
and coordinate various elements of these models into a whole to work using an integrative
approach.
